1.75 cups (330ml per side) is not 2 cup (389ml per side)... and he as an American Society of Plastic Surgeons member would have to know that's the average required for a 2 cup increase.

but then he agreed on 300ml implants and ordered 275s, said 340ml of fill would give a 2 cup increase (he filled to 330 and it didn't anyway)

apparently likes to use small implants so he can work in more procedures.

unless you still want to wear padded bras don't go to this guy.
